Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service team within 30 days of delivery to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Shipment
Carefully disassemble the furniture and pack it securely in the original manufacturer's boxes, including all hardware and assembly instructions.
Schedule Pickup or Drop-off
Affix the provided shipping labels to the exterior of the cartons and schedule a carrier pickup or drop off the items at an authorized location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items for quality and completeness, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus applicable shipping fees.
